Six lines, one decision. What you can feed the source side of the machine — not the capacity you need — determines which line applies and which efficiency band you get.

Published COP figures carry their basis. Field-measured source-side numbers are not comparable with rated air-side numbers, and the 4-pipe total COP counts heat and cool delivered together.

1. What source is available on site?

No usable water source — outdoor air only A building condenser water loop, or well water Ground — a borefield is feasible A process waste-water, sewage or industrial waste-heat stream

2. Do different zones need heating and cooling simultaneously?

Yes — perimeter heating with core or process cooling at the same hour No — seasonal changeover is acceptable

3. What is the design-day ambient temperature?

Above −15 °C −15 °C or below
