Most enquiries take four or five emails before anyone can quote. These are the three gaps that cause it.

Conditions, not model numbers
Say what the room has to hold
A competitor’s model number tells us what someone else selected, not what your building needs. Design temperature, humidity and outdoor ambient let us size it ourselves — and often find a smaller unit.

Voltage and frequency
Give us the power supply
50 Hz and 60 Hz change the fan, the motor and the price. It is the detail most often left out and the one most likely to send a quotation back to the start.

Approvals
Name the certification early
Tell us which marks the project has to satisfy and which authority checks them. We hold CE and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, and we will say plainly if something is outside what we can certify.
Come and see it
The plant is open to customers.
Twenty thousand square metres, the assembly line and the chiller and heat-pump test lab. If you are choosing a supplier for a project that has to run for fifteen years, a day here tells you more than a catalogue.
